Custom Prototype Expertise - With ExpresSeal, you work with expert sealing engineers who understand the importance of fast prototype turnaround without compromise in design or quality. Our broad experience, sophisticated CAD systems and extensive manufacturing capabilities give us a competitive edge in delivering custom prototypes on time, to your specifications. We offer two types of custom prototype seals:

• Prototype Machined Seals - We can produce standard machined profiles for your prototype needs for testing and limited runs fast. Computer-controlled manufacturing technology ensures the highest quality seals from a wide variety of materials.
• Custom Prototype O-Ring Molding (Mold-a-Minute) - Unlike typical O-ring molds, which can take three to four weeks or longer to produce, ExpresSeal's exclusive computer-controlled manufacturing capabilities can produce custom, molded O-rings in days, not weeks, in all popular elastomers or special materials. We can produce virtually any size O-ring within the following ranges: maximum O.D. - 4.750 inches; maximum cross section - 0.300 inches; minimum I.D. - 0.150 inches; and minimum cross section - 0.050 inches.
